Lighter Lips
Lips are cast in a single piece, requiring less steel, with a slimline profile for better penetration. The result: enhanced bucket payloads and less machine wear for your face shovels and backhoes.
Single Cast with Integrated Noses
Excavator cast lips eliminate weak points and increase lip strength without welding or mechanically attached adapters, which can cause additional wear if they loosen.
Fewer GET Components
Adapters are integrated into the lip, so you need fewer components, streamlining maintenance and ordering.
Pushing the Limits of Productivity
Casting lips in one piece allows us to remove all unnecessary material, resulting in lighter lips without compromising strength. By reducing the weight of the lip, the bucket can take on that extra weight in increased payloads, making your mining operations more efficient.
