PAUL SCUTT
Vice President GET
Appointed 2021. Paul’s career has spanned time in the banking industry with General Electric and NAB, and most recently 11 years with Orica, including six years leading the East Coast Explosives business. In his past roles, Paul has experience in executive leadership, strategic direction, sales and commercial management, product innovation, and management. Paul now leads CR Powered by Epiroc as Vice President after his appointment in 2024.
ADAM ZINES
Chief Financial Officer
Appointed 2014. Adam leads the company’s financial, treasury, accounting, tax, commercial, risk management, statutory, and information systems functions and is Company Secretary for CR Powered by Epiroc. CR Powered by Epiroc benefits from Adam’s extensive financial leadership experience across diverse public and private Australian companies. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Finance/Accounting major) from the University of Technology, Sydney, is a Fellow of CPA Australia, and has completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment through FINSIA.
PHIL SELLERS
Executive General Manager – Digital
Appointed as EGM, Digital in 2021. Phil has been with CR Powered by Epiroc for 13 years, including the management of CR Powered by Epiroc’s Australasian Mining division for over 10 years. Phil has extensive leadership experience in the mining and energy sectors in Australia, the UK and the Americas. Phil spent several years based in Calgary with TransAlta, Canada’s largest utility/miner overseeing businesses in the US and Mexico. Phil has a Mechanical Engineering Degree (UK) and an MBA from the University of Western Australia.
ROB ANGUS
General Manager – Engineering & Strategic Projects
Appointed 2021. Rob brings strong leadership and technical expertise with 35 years of experience across the mining, transport, and heavy machinery manufacturing industries. Rob has a Mechanical Engineering Degree (Honours) from the University of Queensland and an MBA from Deakin University.
DAMIAN ASSAILLIT
General Manager – Innovation & Marketing
Damian has been with CR Powered by Epiroc since 2012. He has held multiple technical and leadership roles, and was first appointed to the Executive team in 2016, as Vice President Global Market Development based in Dallas. He holds Honours in Mechanical Engineering from University of Southern Queensland, and a Professional Certificate in Data Science from Columbia University.
FRED NG
General Manager – Supply Chain
Appointed 2018. Fred brings strong experience in supply chain management and process optimization to CR Powered by Epiroc, having worked in China, USA, and Australia across multiple industries. He holds an Electronics Engineering Diploma from Singapore Polytechnic, a Bachelor of Business Degree, and an MBA from Columbia Southern University.
TUGCE KULAC
General Manager – HR and SHEQ
Appointed 2023. Tugce brings valuable experience and exposure across HR, Safety, Quality, Procurement, and the suite of ISO systems, having worked for organizations including Toyota Tsusho, Corning, SGS, RICOH, and Epiroc for 5,6 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature from Istanbul University and a Masters in Human Resources Management & Development from Marmara University.
