The future is digital. That’s why we’ve introduced the DE1545, a 9-station cast lip for wheel loaders. It comes with shrouds and teeth enabled for GET Trakka’s GET monitoring and tracking sensors.

Lips are cast in a single piece, requiring less steel, with a slimline profile for better penetration. The result: enhanced bucket payloads and less machine wear.
Single Cast with Integrated Noses
Cast lips eliminate weak points and increase lip strength without welding or mechanically attached adapters, which can cause additional wear if they loosen.
Extended Range
The DecaEdge is available for your full front end loaders fleet, from your smallest machines (WA800, WA900, CAT 992, and CAT 993) to your largest (CAT 994, WA1200, WE2350).
Prolifically Productive Lips
Casting can precisely place steel only where it’s needed, resulting in a lighter lip without any compromise on strength. By reducing weight, buckets can carry higher payloads without additional machine wear.
