The Challenge
Our customer was a leading contract miner in the Hunter Valley, operating a fleet of Liebherr Ultra Class excavators.
The miner wanted to increase productivity and improve pass matching, while reducing overloads.
The Solution
A Liebherr Ultra Class excavator was configured with a Titan 3330 Load Haul Optimization system, integrated with the contractor’s existing Fleet Management System to enable automatic truck recognition and other advanced data capabilities.
Titan 3330 is specifically designed to maximize the productivity of surface dig units by providing accurate, real-time, pass-by-pass feedback to operators on truck payload, production rates, truck fill times, and a suite of other production metrics. Sensors fitted on the excavator identify and track trucks filled, aiding overall site productivity.
