Starting in 2018 at CR Digital, Lauren is the Operations & Support Manager for the CR Digital Australasian Region and is primarily responsible for executing, supporting and implementing the digital product offering to CRD customers. Lauren manages a team of people spread across Australia which includes Digital Support Engineers, Product Support Technicians, the System Build & QA Team plus Manufacturing & Purchasing personal to ensure every CR Digital customer understands and receives value out of their new products as soon as possible.
With a background in construction technology, Lauren’s experience in applied technology, and very soon to be completed MBA, has helped develop and enhance the CR Digital implementation process. A key stakeholder in the global implementation of a new ERP platform, Lauren led the scoping and implementation for the CR Digital business and is most recently integrating the recently acquired GET Trakka business.
