The team at SDF have been using the Universal Lifting Tool since September 2022, and are happy to report that it has provided us with an innovative solution to reducing the safety risks associated with routine maintenance.
For many years, our team has used slings and shackles as our primary lifting method. After initial training, the SDF team prefer the Universal Lifting Tool not only because of the wide scope of applications that lead to greater safety outcomes, but due to its versatility with the parts we are currently working with, and will work with in the future.
The Universal Lifting Tool has also provided a number of productivity benefits; we have eliminated wasted time searching for the right shackle, and the Tool also provides faster delivery than our previous way of lifting. With this tool, we have improved productivity and ensured a safer environment for our team.
We have been using the Tool for a number of months now, and continue to be impressed. Our team is thrilled with its range of abilities and safety benefits, in working with all the different parts we require to rebuild buckets. It certainly is the right tool for the job and we will continue to use it at SDF.
