As Logistics Supervisor at CR Powered by Epiroc, she ensures the seamless coordination of warehouse operations, inventory control, and timely deliveries to support customer needs around the world.
Gloria leads the logistics team with a focus on alignment, connecting internal departments and external partners to ensure supply chain strategies support broader business goals. Her attention to detail and calm, solution-focused mindset keep operations running smoothly, even in complex, fast-paced environments common in the mining industry.
Starting her journey at CR as a Supply Chain Coordinator, Gloria quickly built her expertise in process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving. She grew into her leadership role by embracing challenges and learning from every experience.
For Gloria, logistics is about more than just moving goods—it’s about solving complex problems and building systems that work.
Outside of work, Gloria enjoys strength training, mountain hikes, and weekend food adventures. She’s an avid solo traveler and a self-declared foodie, always on the lookout for the best fried chicken or dessert spot. She also doesn’t start her day without a good cup of coffee.
Her advice for new team members?
‘Stay calm under pressure and be open to learning. Logistics can be messy, but that’s where the growth happens. Don’t be afraid to take on new challenges—even when it feels uncomfortable.’
