CR Foundry Joins the American Foundry Society

The American Foundry Association (AFS) was founded in 1896, pursuing excellence in advancing science of metallurgy for castings, and improving safety and health conditions in the industry. Now, the AFS provides a network for foundries around the globe to ensure best practice and science is shared amongst members.

With CR’s Maryborough Foundry now operating as a global business, with capability to supply industries such as; Power Generation, Recycling, Sugar, Heavy Transport, Cement, Oil & Gas, Mineral Processing, and Mining, subscription to the AFS will help support customers across all global regions.
