When your family increases in number, your life transforms.
CR Powered by Epiroc, a global supplier of productivity solutions to the mining sector, has launched a new parental leave policy granting a minimum of 12 weeks of paid parental leave across the international organization. The new gender-neutral policy promotes an even more inclusive and diverse culture.
The new policy grants all Australian, China, and US employees a minimum of 12 weeks of paid parental leave to all parents, regardless of gender, including adoptive parents. This development will make it easier for eligible employees to balance their work and personal life, and enable them to be fully present, engaged, and dedicated to their priorities and responsibilities.
“We aim to cultivate a positive culture, improve the work environment, and ensure that people have a great experience working at CR Powered by Epiroc.” explains HR Manager Kim Adcock. “This new policy will significantly benefit CR Powered by Epiroc employees, supporting parents during those precious moments with their new family members.”
