CR would like to congratulate the teams from Maryborough State High School in Queensland who took part in the 2019 Fraser Coast Technology Challenge from 13-15 September.
The Challenge provided an opportunity for students, teachers, parents and local industry to work together to design and construct a variety of human powered vehicles, solar powered machines and innovative robots.
The CR Foundry in Maryborough was proud to sponsor the Maryborough State High School students to take part and build their skills and experience in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields.
The event encouraged participants to examine and use the latest technology while considering its impact on the environment and the way people live locally and globally.
Maryborough State High School teams worked extremely hard throughout the year to design, build and test vehicles and machines within detailed specifications before competing against teams from across the region at the Challenge event.
