Margot works as CR Powered by Epiroc’s Senior HSE Advisor, providing support and technical advice on all things relating to workplace health, safety, and the environment. With CR Powered by Epiroc’s strong commitment to safety, Margot additionally manages risk management, training management systems, investigations, occupational hygiene, and CR Powered by Epiroc’s internal online safety management platform.
Starting at CR Powered by Epiroc in 2018, Margot brings a wealth of experience to the role including 20 years of surface and underground mining in hard rock across Australia including geological drafting, technical modeling, surveying, mine rescue, and operational experience.
Specializing in Training Management and Risk Management, Margot has helped evolve sustainable practices across the business ensuring CR Powered by Epiroc’s HSE structure continually improves safety for employees and ensures all client and legislative regulations are met.
